STGGCP Prospective Student Process

ST. GREGORY THE GREAT CATHOLIC PRESCHOOL

PROSPECTIVE STUDENT PROCESS - INFORMATION

 
The following records should be submitted for consideration:
 
  • Preschool Prospective Student packet
  • A copy of your child’s State Certified Birth Certificate (please do not submit a photo)
  • A copy of your child’s immunization record with all the required immunizations to be enroll in preschool (please do not submit a photo)
  • Physician's physical form completed by the child's physician (form provided by the preschool)
  • A copy of your child’s Baptismal Certificate, optional (if your child is baptized)
 
  • A $325.00 non-refundable registration fee will be required once your child has been accepted into the preschool and will be billed through Facts.
 
Please be sure all copies are printed clearly and complete.
 
The "Preschool Prospective Student" packet is complete only after the above requirements have been met. Prospective students are considered according to the following order of priority:
 
  • Siblings of currently enrolled students at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Preschool.
  • Siblings of currently enrolled students at St. Gregory the Great Catholic School.
  • Parishioners registered at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church and attending mass weekly.
  • Registered, non-supporting parishioners of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church and applicants from other Catholic parishes.
  • All other interested families depending on space availability.
  • Ability of the school to meet the needs of a particular student is also a consideration.
 
When the preschool has identified a space for the student, the student is officially accepted, and St. Gregory the Great Catholic Preschool will notify families via email.
