The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. §1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. Educational institutions must have parental permission to release any information from a student’s education record, and are required to notify parents annually of their rights under FERPA.

Information provided on this form is used to compile the Family Directory. The Family Directory is published for the convenience of school families and may not be used for solicitation or commercial purposes. The published Family Directory is available to school families at the beginning of the school year.
